Customer service is always consistent. Additionally the location of Nomad is ideal, easy to get to and the shop stays well stocked with everything from cigars to shisha and whatever you might need for your smoking needs. I shopped prior to the pandemic for cigars as they have an in-store humidor but since purchasing a Hookah while in a stay-at-home posture, I'm thankful for the store Manager, Ely who is always terribly helpful and knowledgeable about everything from coals to keeping your hookah clean to shisha, etc. Ely is welcoming and always makes great suggestions for cigars to suit my palate as well as shisha and I most appreciate that he takes the time to answer all of my questions. I've watched him extend the same level of service to all customers of who he seemingly has great rapport. I've referred several friends.
I love this spot. They’re open on Mondays which is rare for a lot of places in DC. The bartenders are nice and attentive, comfortable seating, good music and decent prices for hookah and drinks. I wish they sold appetizers... hopefully in the future?

One of my favorite go to spots in the district. Laid back atmosphere, good drinks, tons of affordable flavor hookahs, personable staff. The music is hit or miss with a mix of old & new but the atmosphere makes this a very nice after hours spot. No to mention the outdoor patio seating is a big plus during a nice cool day (bring your own bug spray for mosquitos). They do not serve food but nice night cap spot
I’ve been in DC for years & always walk past here. Finally decided to come in & I’m soooo glad I did!! Walked in & was greeted by Mimi who has an amazing vibe, so friendly & so sweet. I’m mad I took forever to come here lol. Good drinks, good music, good vibes & the hookahs drinks are a good price. 10/10 will come again!!
Went to meet up with a friend. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was good also. The bar spot was smaller than I imagined. The patio seems bigger than the bar to me. The hookah was okay. I was told two different gratuity’s by staff. I will stop by again one day.
I did not give food a rating bc I didn't have anything to eat. Everything was great.
